Refund Policies

(General)

Hello. Thank you for choosing our service. We understand that sometimes situations occur that may not be within our control, or you may not be satisfied with our service.

If this is the case please contact us and we will work with you to rectify the issue. Our business operates under the guidelines of the ACCC governing business customer service conduct within Australia.

(Crew Hires)

Refunds can be requested if the service provided constitutes a breech as per the ACCC consumer rights related to breeches of Services.

This includes:

1. Due dilligeance

2. Fit for a particular service

3. Provided within a reasonable time frame.

All refund requests must be in writing by the Client listed in the contract agreement.

Refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis only after initial contact regarding the issue has been attempted and the issue still cannot be resolved by either Party.

(Productions)

Refunds may be requested for film productions in the following cases:

1. The production was not completed by the Producer for reasons within their control as per the contract agreement.

2. Sub-contractors or Third Party providers failed to complete their agreed service as per their contract and this breech could not be resolved within reasonable time by the Producer.

3. The Production failed to meet the technical requirements specified in the contract agreement and this could not be resolved by the Producer within a reasonable time frame.

4. A refund would be available in line with ACCC guidlines.

(Self Tape Auditions)

Refunds can be requested if the service fails to be delivered on the agreed date and a reschedule cannot be agreed upon.

Once the service has been delivered, refunds cannot be requested unless there is a breech of ACCC consumer rights related to breeches of Services.

(Script reviews)

Script reading services can be refunded if the service fails to be delivered by the agreed date and a renegotiation of delivery date cannot be met.
